Four people attended Tuesday night's business meeting to discuss
the Tri-State Unity Coalition. The meeting was called to order at about 7:10 P.M. .

Bob downloaded the 501C3 application from the IRS web site. Perry
to get a example to follow from Dawn and ask if she will assist. Our plan is to put together what we can from the
example, etc then have Dawn check it over and advise us. |
| Response Unit: |
Prior to the meeting, there was some discussion about holding
a rally during St. Mary's anniversery celebration. The idea was put on hold out of respect for the church and to
give them a real chance to address the issue. Bob sent a FAX to the Archbishop Edward Cardinal Egan prior to his
visit to the church. We asked him to encourge Rev. Dinan to follow up with us on this issue. The Rev. has not responded
to our letter and has avoid the issue in the past. Our plan is to try and contact Rev. Dinan after the holiday.
The group felt that there was no reason an easy solution couldn't be acheived. Wayne and Kia are to see if any
other groups would also back our initiative. |

Kia has found historical documentation concerning Tom Quick.
We know much about his history and where his is suppose to be burried. She gave the information to Bob for TSUC
files |

Business meetings will be held the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 P.M., at the United Methodist Church in
Milford.
